Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and to ourselves, the following policies are honored: 

24 hour advance notice is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during that time. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" & is subject to being charged the full price for the scheduled appointment. In the event that the missed appointment was to redeem a gift certificate, the value of the services scheduled will be deducted from the remaining balance on the gift certificate.

 

Deposits may be required to schedule future appointments for clients with a history of last-minute cancellations or "no-shows". We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying for the full amount of the scheduled session. Out of respect & consideration for your therapist, other clients, and your own health & wellness, please plan accordingly and be on time. We sincerely want you to experience the full benefit of your bodywork!

 

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are not currently for sale, except for pre-existing clients who are purchasing them for other pre-existing clients. They are for services only, and for the intended recipient only. While approval is not guaranteed, prior approval is required to "re-gift" a certificate to someone other than the intended recipient. The certificate must be re-gifted as is and certificates cannot be brought in and exchanged for a new certificate to a different recipient. Please use your gift certificate within the allotted time period. Expiration dates are written on each certificate and they cannot be redeemed after that date. Please store your certificate somewhere safe because your massage cannot be redeemed without the physical certificate being present. **Also please see the cancellation policy as it relates to gift certificates.
